The Short Leash AI Coding Method For Beating Fable

This is approximately how I've ended up using AI for work, and I appreciate a post about using AI that doesn't leave me feeling gaslit about its capabilities. Although I should also add that in many cases, it really is faster for me to just write something myself than try to coax an AI into writing the thing I want -- describing how to write the thing ends up more verbose than writing it myself. So it becomes a weird guessing game of whether I think it's going to be able to do it well enough, ejecting at the right time to not waste time, etc, which is a process I still don't love.
