kparser - small, readable parser for K

I’ve enjoyed this little semi-renaissance of k on Lobsters lately.
I’ve got an ancient copy of the K 2.0 manual from…1993? I think? Anyway. I should see how this would handle parsing that dialect. There are some definite differences but I bet it wouldn’t be too hard to adapt.
An open source interpreter (well, another one) for 1993 K would be fun. I dare say if we did it correctly it would be pretty fast. Classic K was fast due to working around operating system and architectural limitations of its day; the limitations and challenges are different now.
(Not gonna be as fast as kdb+ or Shakti or anything on modern hardware because I am but a man, my talent falling far short of Whitney’s.)
