Some flexibility with Go's sumdb

I really believe that case-insensitivity is a flaw. Sure, it’s convenient for some, but it just makes everything intractable (e.g. 2^N possible ways to spell a path). Humans can understand case-sensitivity, and computers are just so much happier with it.
