Lessons learned from the Rust Vision Doc process

Empirical, qualitative research is so important for understanding the human impact of our choices, and it’s something software engineering desperately needs to do more of and better. Seeing Rust leadership both prioritizing this work and sharing their process is really reassuring and motivating.
