PgQue: Zero-bloat Postgres queue

Seems pretty interesting, although if I'm reading the docs correctly it seems that all workers will receive all jobs? If so that's a pretty unfortunate limitation.

Love it. Straight to the point. Cuts down the need to maintain other moving pieces.
