I used this on my Palm Treo back in the day. Those devices have a physical keyboard so input worked reasonably well. LispMe also came with a little extension to do paren matching.
The homepage is [here[(http://www.lispme.de/lispme/index_en.html), still available for download and comes with source and extensive documentation. IIRC it was buildable with the open source prc-tools but I might be wrong about that.
