Another look at SQLite's WAL-Reset bug

The tsan results were concerning so I spent a few more days looking for related bugs but did not find any before a self-imposed deadline. I did not think this was super novel and originally published this as a subscriber-only post. I sent a gift link to Dr. Hipp and he mentioned they'd link to it on the WAL page if I made it open so I did which was pretty cool.
