I was completely lost about why this site would be talking about updates to MDN content, but it turns out that "Open Web Docs" is a collective who try to submit updates to a bunch of open documentation sites https://github.com/openwebdocs/.github/blob/main/profile/README.md

Open Web Docs (OWD) is an open source collective that launched in January 2021. We employ technical writers to document open web technologies, all of whom have extensive experience with Web standards documentation and MDN Web Docs. The OWD team writes new documentation, updates existing documentation, and improves documentation infrastructure together with other organizations such as Mozilla, Google, Microsoft, Igalia, W3C, and contributors like you!

And thus the 2nd hyperlink are folks who seem to have donated money to the collective to empower the collective to update MDN content's repo which flows back into MDN but specifically around topics of web security

It's entirely possible I am the only one who didn't know any of this, but if you, too, didn't know then I hope I have saved you 10 minutes worth of clicking around going what?
