Hmm, Wayland on Redox. I had no idea the OS was this advanced. Congrats!
While it's nice to have a serious contender in the space, so that not everything is Windows/Mac/Linux (and BSD to some extent), I wonder why/when I should migrate to it. It seems the project is still not "stable" (as in: it's pre 1.0.0), and the website isn't doing a very good job at answering this question. There are a lot of technical arguments, but what I want to know is how my developer experience (VSCode, node/python/go/rust/clang/...) and my gamer experience (Steam + Proton to run Windows games) will be impacted. In the FAQ there is a "How to build Redox", but what if I want a prebuilt ISO that I dd on a USB stick like any Linux distro?
I could not find a roadmap either that would answer those questions.
