Headers Up! What's New in httpd and relayd

This is a very welcome change! I've previously struggled with wrapping my head around relayd's options for setting headers, so it's really nice to be able to set the headers directly in the httpd config. I think of relayd as a sort of global config that should be mostly agnostic to my website's layout and httpd as the place where it makes sense to make per-page or per-subdomain header changes. The ability for relayd to blocking based on headers is also really nice in the era of abusive LLM web crawlers.

This drops just a few months after I understood how httpd and relayd fit. Still awesome changes. I feel openbsd updates are one of the very few occasions I still get excited about updates and don't expect breakage.
