Upstream Zed also migrated gpui from blade to wgpu. The changelog doesn’t make it entirely clear, is this code pulled from upstream or was it implemented independently? What about other fixes and features from upstream, are they included as well?
The wgpu migration was largely backported from Zed. There are a couple of other fixes pulled in from Zed as well besides wgpu.
