Intent - The developer workspace for agent orchestration

This actually sounds like an idea I’ve been kicking around in some ways. Separate agent roles for implementation, spec refinement, and testing, with programmatic shared todo lists and communication. I’ve gotten as far as trying to get my agent to use todo list functionality in a prolog. I’ve yet to have an agent actually use it outside of testing.
