dBase: 1979-2026

Perhaps someone can explain why this has been flagged as spam?

For what it's worth, I posted the link after reading the article and I quite enjoyed it. I have never worked with dBASE myself, but my father was once made to take dBASE lessons by his workplace, so he had brought home a fat dBASE manual which I had the great pleasure of reading during my leisure. It brought back a lot of memories.

I was hoping this article would be interesting to others who might have actually used dBASE during that time. I can understand if this article is considered uninteresting. But spam? For what reason?
