Browsers don't default to a dark background unless you explicitly opt in using ...

I am not sure this is 100% correct. My mac is in dark mode and when I receive text/plain then it's dark, if it's text/html then it's white by default.

But yes, something is not quite right, because with deno desktop I alos get "unstyled" html, but with a dark bg
