Isn't this a thing that's been easy using a number of OSINT tools for quite a while? This statement:
Data is often only available in unstructured form and deanonymization used to require human investigators to search and reason based on clues.
honestly stopped being true before LLMs came along. Are they adding something qualitatively new to the process? Or maybe just making it more open to people who haven't built up skills with OSINT tools? Or was the author just not familiar with the kinds of tools you find here?
If the LLM is trained on the non-anonymized data this is not really surprising right?
