Proposing Botwatch

Interesting idea, but people do farm and sell accounts to spambots. So you'd need some kind of datestamp as well.

In general it's just a web of trust, which is kinda good but also a lot of work. How do you aggregate trust scores? IMO an invite-tree-like system is probably easier to use.

Whether this succeeds or not, we want to encourage new experiments on vouching for others: Lobsters has an invite tree, after all. (This one seems to be built on atproto.)
