Super interesting article but off topic imo
To be a bit contrarian, I think it's perfectly on topic. It's a study of how users are making use of a topical technology that will affect the ways that we engage with those tools.
I agree that it might be a bit off-topic, but it answered a lot of my questions about a lot of the links that show up here on lobste rs.

Hm, this strikes me as participant bias. There's a fair bit of shame surrounding using LLMs in writing. This makes it far less likely for subjects to participate or to be honest about their use. Conducting this survey again with differential privacy on the responses might help, but I'd love to see a self-reported versus actual behaviour analysis on this topic.
