How to review AI generated PRs

Ooo, ooo, I know this one! Write "LGTM" because in the time it takes you to load the page and write those 4 characters, there's going to be a completely new PR with a completely different approach that has shown up and overcome all prior efforts

By far the way bigger risk is when someone shows up with a PR that they didn't advertise as AI and you spend time reading it only to discover some super weird nonsense in the middle, at which point you comment "hey, sorry, what does this do?" and the they reply "oh, the AI just hallucinated, sorry about that" and only then can you give up and write LGTM and nope out
