UNIX v4 Source Code Commentary

I'd love to have a print edition of this next to my Lions' Commentary. It'll be a fascinating bit of archaeology to have them open next to each other and see how they stitch up.

The famous comment in sleep() ["You are not expected to understand this."] doesn't seem to be present in slp.c yet.
