Nice to see another fan of Atkinson Hyperlegible! This is something I noticed myself, but having truly consistent font sizes feels like a losing battle.
As an aside, there's Atkinson Hyperlegible Mono for anyone that wants to try it in their code editor. But yes, you'll probably have to bump up your editor's font size by 1pt.
