Debian 13 as a dual WAN router

I'm curious as to what kind of mini PC has 6 gigabit ethernet ports? I usually only see ones with one, max two.
Also, I'm wondering how this is necessary or cost-effective. I don't consider myself lucky in regard to Internet providers but the ISPs I've had to deal with in the past 3 years all had yearly downtimes measured in the minutes, so what's KPN doing "wrong" to get such a bad uptime that a second ISP makes sense?
Search for "n100 6 ports" comes up with several on ali express. Not sure if there's just that one 6 port design reused everywhere but I feel like I see it often.
