I would like to see a good example of this. Free text is amazing because it allows the users to express what they need, instead of whatever the creator of the interface thought they would require.
also, structured output sounds great in theory until you realize that all LLM output needs to be parsed, and parsers co-maintained with prompts etc.
You might want to check out the Grace language I authored which addresses exactly this problem (the same one referenced in the post)
