mgmt: next generation distributed, event-driven, parallel config management

The recent pyinfra post https://lobste.rs/s/htfm3p/pyinfra_agentless_infrastructure caused me to think of this project. A quick search shows it's not linked here before (I could be wrong though).

Adding the vibecoding tag because of claude/codex "contributors" to the project and I know people just prefer to avoid any kind of reference, however the bulk of the actual code has been created and written long before LLMs took off the way they did.

I remember seeing a demo of this project a really long time ago and being blown away just how fast it was; will have to look into this again.

I do hope that the advent of LLMs keeps the wind in the sails of more projects like this (secretly hoping the faster version of Ansible [JetPorch] from its original creator is also revived).
