Changes to Godot Engine Contribution Policies

When I get a pull the request for any of the open source projects that I maintain, I don't accept it until I've poured over the code and thought deeply about how it not only affects the present codebase but how it will stand in future iterations of the project in my head.

I can't imagine the overhead of trying to do this with AI-generated contributions.
