danaweb on the AlphaSmart dana seemed the most practical to me. No, it wasn't a PDA, but it was PalmOS.

I have EudoraWeb, Blazer and NetFront on my ARM Palms. NetFront is a bit heavyweight though it works if you use one of the CPU overclockers.
