Bringing Swift through Distrobox on NixOS

If the author reads this, Randy Eckenrode is putting lots of work into making the new versions of swift to actually bootstrap on all systems https://github.com/reckenrode/nixpkgs/commit/ea3adb6a6459a80b8faa080ab78b9dbf52f14893 I was surprised to not see him on the acknowledgements list.
