Google flags Immich sites as dangerous

In a better world, this should be an anti-trust issue, as Google/Alphabet is seemingly using it's power in the browser market to the disadvantage of Google Photos competition
This happened to me at work recently with a test ArgoCD instance! Really bizarre system - luckily for us the issue didn't seem to reoccur.
I recently learned of https://publicsuffix.org/list/ as the solution to this. It's a silly solution but the only one that works. The list informs organisations that subdomains are different to the domain so that a tainted subdomain doesn't endup marking the whole. If immich.app were on that list then this likely wouldn't have happened.
Interesting... would that technically be an "abuse" of the list? Users aren't "directly registering" subdomains of immich.app as such - it's that test domains got flagged (for reasons?).
You are right though it's a silly solution and would work, I expect.
