The Zen of Parallel Programming

I don't get what is the purpose of this word salad. The title leads you to believe that it is about the "zen" of parallel programming, so I clicked thinking it would talk about how to write good parallelized code but instead it is just trying to somehow draw parallels between multiple cores coordinating on a task and human affairs. It seems purposeless?
