Dropping Swift entirely from our Bevy iOS crates

Mostly true, though some newer APIs are still exposed to Obj-C, such as new UIKit methods and some new frameworks like AVSystemRouting.

The blog post also mentions towards the end that they run into that problem in bevy_ios_iap.

That was my impression too. That newer stuff is only accessible via Swift.
