Fixing a 20-year-old bug in Enlightenment E16

This was such a huge nostalgia hit for me. I used to love e16. It had (has? I guess) by far the best themes ever created for a desktop. You can still browse and download a huge collection of them here. My personal favorites: 23oz of Glass and Orange Juice, both by PixelMasochist I believe.

I had no idea that some people were still using E16. I have also used for quite a long time, but I eventually switched to FVWM, which was more programmable.

I think there's a typo in the original code, since it has for (i = 0; i < 10; i++, nuke_count++), while the post goes on to say there's no iteration limit.
