Immich v3.0.0 Released

Looks like a huge, and welcome, set of changes.

Immich is a shining example of quality software being built in the open. I've been running it since the early days when Alex launched it on /r/selfhosted and it has been incredible to witness its journey. One of the few products which actually improved on the product it was a replacement for (Google Photos).

I run Immich in Quadlets with the host's Postgres, and the upgrade from the 2.x series was painless.

I also took the upgrade as opportunity to install the VectorChord extension, though for my collection pgvector alone seemed fine.
