Introducing the GNOME Fellowship program

I wouldn’t be surprised if a fellow or two end up working on Flathub. There’s been quite a bit of downtime lately, including a few days recently when no packages could be updated, one of the maintainers was on vacation so everyone just had to wait it out. Seems like they are overburdened with a giant infrastructure.

Even if not, this is good news.
