The funny thing about that page, IMO, is that it's a browser developer picking on GNOME for rewriting constantly, never getting past 0.8. When that's basically what browsers have done ever since they've been a thing.

“A 20th century browser developer” is an important clarification.
That's a good distinction, but it wasn't that much better then. They were constantly shipping new betas before the old ones were stable, too.
I see where he's coming from, to be sure. But I used browsers starting in late 1993, and the GUI ones weren't that stable in the 20th century either. (lynx was a different story...)
