Distributed data, centralized fixes

Hi! Author here. I'm curious to see if these shapes and structural dynamics resonate with anybody or if there are other ways folks are slicing up these ideas.

There's so much to think about in these tensions between distribution and centralization in system design. I'm looking forward to talking and writing more about this.
