this would be an absurd statement from almost anyone but especially so from Google, a company that has incorporated ML tooling in its development processes for years.
The Integrated Development Environment (IDE) of today is a far cry from the IDE of just a few years ago.
this sort of stuff is just completely decoupled from reality, the IDE of today is practically identical to the IDE of 5 years ago.
