A history of teapots and UNIX

The Utah teapot was made for Melitta by Friesland Porzellan. Matthew Garrett tracked them down in 2017. Sadly they had a catastrophic fire in 2023 which destroyed all their patterns, so they are no longer able to make any more of their old designs.
Jim Blinn refined the model. While doing a demo, he shrunk the model vertically by a third, but everyone liked it better that way, so it stuck.
I was wondering why the photo of the real teapot didn’t look quite right.
So, has anyone made actual working [not printed in plastic!] teapots in the now-canonical shrunk form factor?
