Announcing stdx, Rust's extended standard library

...so another try at https://github.com/brson/stdx and https://github.com/brson/rustmax and another one, the name of which escapes me at the moment?

I think things were heading more in the direction of https://blessed.rs/crates to optimize for only depending on what you actually use.
