I just went to the site to donate. Certificate is expired and they are letting some christian charity take over. I feel saddened by this for no particular reason.
Honestly, I do not want to contribute to "Igniting God’s light in Uganda". Can you suggest an alternative?
From the PDF, it looks like they have indeed shut down and passed things on to this (Christian) group (who they were previously working with closely, apparently):
The search for new board members and volunteers has also not yielded the desired result. The board therefore had to decide to phase out and transfer the activities of the foundation. Since its inception, the foundation has been working with Kuwasha International Development Society (https://www.kuwasha.net/). They also support the Kibaale Community Center (https://www.kuwasha.net/kibaale/). This organization has shown itself willing to take over our sponsors as well as the support of the children who are currently being sponsored. They are also willing to receive and use future donations for the support of the KCC.
