Neat! Does it have a way to specify channels?
It supports the normal irc:// syntax, it passes it unchanged (and without validation atm) So https://joinirc.at/ircs://irc.libera.chat#libera works!
sweet! might slap this on all the existing links on tangled.org, we currently link to libera's web client https://web.libera.chat/#tangled
