Setup a simple web server with bozohttpd on NetBSD

I run my blog off a SDF.org NetBSD VPS. Back when I set it up, I was pleasantly surprised to find out that I didn't need additional dependencies to get a website going. I did end up using haproxy for handling TLS but that was it. Emacs ox-publish + openrsync. Done.
