PivCo-Huffman

I adore the name Marcin came up with, because PivCo in Polish reads the same as "piwko" which is "small beer"

Nothing of substance to add, but it always amazes me seeing advanced versions of common data structures. Given enough time, I feel like I could have discovered/invented hashmaps or maybe even Huffman trees. These sophisticated versions are in an entirely different league. I’m grateful that someone can discover these optimizations because it’s far beyond me.
