Oof. Getting a RAT is a horrible invasion of privacy, I feel sorry for the maintainer. I'd say that I hope it was only a "work" machine not used for personal stuff, but it doesn't sound like it.

Do you? It's been a while since I last used Webex, but I don't think I ever had to download an app for either of these.
