Why is this tagged vibecoding? The only AI thing I see here is adding an LLM policy.
Seriously, I would like to filter out vibecoding stuff but I can't. I had to remove it from my filter list after I realized just how much interesting, non-vibecoding-related stuff I was missing out on.
I'm really displeased with Homebrew disabling all casks that don't pass Gatekeeper.
Those tap trust improvements seem like a good idea. I've been learning more about homebrew lately to make some of my projects easier for macOS users to install, after ignoring it for a long time—from this announcement and my recent interactions with homebrew, I think it's improving for sure.
I met a bunch of homebrew people at a conference, and then ran into them at another conference in another conference and they are such wonderful folks. i'm not adding anything relevant to the actual post here.
