Interesting things: musings on a wishlist for the 6502 starting around page 10 (the "6509" is not the same as the one eventually shipped in the Commodore CBM II/B128 series) and on page 106 Bill Gates' address in New Mexico. Some considerations of the Motorola 6847 VDG but I couldn't find much on the history of SIO, one of the most interesting features of the Atari 8-bit family and arguably a predecessor to modern USB.
He did a presentation sharing his notebook at Minnebar in Minneapolis last year! I don't think it was recorded. The room was packed shoulder-to-shoulder.
