Question: to you distribute your binaries as formulas or casks?

I'm always surprised at the hate that homebrew gets. I've always found it straightforward for the majority of use cases (not system python!). Whenever I want to use a thing, it's just a brew install away. Maybe this is how all linux users feel, but it's nice to not have to navigate a store, find a download link, etc.

I also like their brewfiles, which make it easy to make a list of everything I want on a fresh mac install and make sure it just works.

congrats to them on the launch!
