A Programming Paradigm for Spatiotemporal Composability

This is a strange one to categorise. It superficially was written for an AI product, and its application is in software engineering, but I think the pdf is fundamentally about programming languages and is formally written in such a tone, too.
What I think is interesting about it, is it explores how to implement plugin-based software nicely, where plugins (or components) can be effectively mounted and unmounted at runtime. I'm not immediately sure how its formalism helps address the (imo correct) problems it identified with plugin implementations currently, partly as it's quite dense and I need to think on it some more, but I think it's a good piece worth discussion.
For anyone else missing the context, this is the core differentiator for DeepSeek's new harness.
