Hetzner is raising most vm+dedicated prices by ~30% (and auction servers by 3%) effective april 1st.

  There's different folks' speculation in the replies to that post:
  
  SSD + HDD price skyrocket, so it was predictable.
  
  they are citing rising ram prices as the reason to increase my prices.
  
  But I wasn't able to find any citations for any of that, and the official statement is vague:
  
  There have been drastic price increases in various areas in the IT sector recently. [...] The costs to operate our infrastructure and to buy new hardware have both increased dramatically.
  
  It would make sense if price increases were RAM related, but does anyone actually have a citation that says this is why, or are we just making educated guesses?
