I don't entirely disagree, but I feel like this framing conflates different levels of the stack a bit
Zooming out, coding via LLM is not fundamentally different from coding with Rails or coding by perusing Stack Overflow.

I think the real distinction is whether you are learning -- i.e. building mental models you can use later, to build more things and bigger projects
Or whether every project is just a kind of "prompt the LLM with some words I know now" or "copy-paste from Stack Overflow"
Ideally the tools should help you get better over time, rather than being a crutch that delays the need to learn
You can definitely "make stuff work" without learning ... it's a spectrum
