Hah, this is interesting, sorta the reverse of what programming for retro consoles (that can superficially feel similar to programming for Playdate). Slow AF CPU, but fast memory, no need to worry about cache locality! Versus quite fast CPU, but slow AF memory, and very visceral caching concerns. Sometimes you get NUMA-feeling things (usually a situation like the ROM cartridge being 8- or 16-bit ported versus the limited RAM being CPU-word–ported), but not to the level of ARM TCM
